November 2008 Results

Ladies Hic Hamper, Saturday 29th November 2008

Fifteen ladies play in bitterly cold weather. Despite the weather there were some fantastic scores. The winner managing to cut her handicap by three points. The results were as follows:

A bitterly cold day combined with gusty wind meant that balls were not going very far. This made the round challenging and scores reflected the conditions. The results were as follows:

A damp start, but luckily weather improved later. Conditions were quite difficult with only one person playing better than their handicap. The results were as follows:

Forty six ladies played in this competition over the two days, including three new ladies from the Wednesday Evening sessions who now have their handicaps. Conditions were quite challenging on both days with all the recent heavy rain. The results were as follows:

Forty seven ladies played in this competition over the two days. As the name suggests only wedges and woods were allowed, plus a putter of course. Looking at the results some ladies obviously do very well without their irons!! The results were as follows:
