June 2010 Results

Club Championship, Tuesday 22nd and Tuesday 29th June

Thirty seven ladies completed the two rounds of the Clun Championship over two consecutive Tuesdays. The results were as follows:

Ladies Challenge, Saturday 19th June

Fifteen Ladies took part in the weekend challenge, played over 36 holes. The ladies played the blue course in the morning followed by a lunch of sandwiches and chips. They then went on to play the red and the green courses in the afternoon. There were some great scores with several players reducing their handicaps. The results were as follows:

Past Lady Captains Lunch, Friday 18th June

Twelve Past Captains played in this competition, with Heather Golby joining us for lunch. A good day was has by all attending.

June Midweek Medal, Tuesday 15th June

Thirty eight ladies played in the June midweek medal. The weather was sunny but windy and blustery. The results were as follows:

Lady Captain's Day, Sunday 6th June 2010

Coronation Foursomes, Tuesday 1st June

This is a foursomes stableford competitions. The winners qualify to play in one of fourteen EWGA Regional Finals throughout Great Britain and Ireland for a place in the Grand Final at St. Andrews. The results were as follows:
