Welcome to the Mountain Restaurant Website This website is a guide to the mountain restaurants in selected ski resorts in Europe. The main areas of the website and links to them are shown below.
	January 2010: New resort Les Deuxs Alpes added, with details of seven of the eight restaurants in the ski resort. Ski video clips added from the Ski Freshtracks week in Deux Alpes
	The books page contains a selection of books that might be of interest to skiers and visitors to mountain restaurants. There are links to the Lulu and Amazon website where books may be purchased online.
	The food guide provides information about regional dishes and their ingredients.
	The menu reader provides a translation to English from German of dishes commonly found on mountain restaurant menus.
	The restaurant guide is the main body of the site and contains listings and reviews of restaurants by country and by resort. Featured resorts are Chamonix, Courmayeur, Davos, Les Deuxs Alpes and Zermatt.
	The submit review page allows you to provide your comments and ratings on the mountain restaurants featured on this site.
	The wine guide provides a summary of regional wines commonly found on the wine lists of Swiss mountain restaurants.
